Our first ever set of published EPL picks come from the New Years fixtures in what looks like an enthralling set of match ups. Deep in the fixture congestion that is the Premier Leagues festive period, these are always tough ones to call.
Prediction 1 & 2: Watford edge past Wolves with over 2.5 goals.
After a tough game against the Champions elect, Wolves come into this game with more miles in their legs and a little less to prove than Watford who under new manager Nigel Pearson will be looking to make Vicarage road a fortress in their survival quest. Wolves are an impressive outfit, there is no doubt but Watford need this win and they should edge what will be an open affair
Moneyline Watford: +220 ($10 stake returns $32)
Over 2.5 Goals: +104 ($10 stake returns $20.40)
Prediction 3: Honours even at the Emirates
Both teams will be content with the draw in this fixture even if they wouldn’t publicly admit it. Its a heavy schedule over the Christmas period in the EPL and both sides have been picking up points to relieve a bit of the pressure. Defeat will hurt both sides but a draw for Arsenal against Utd will be seen as a step forward while a point on the road against a rival will not put Ole in trouble
Moneyline Draw: +260 ($10 stake returns $36)
Prediction 4: De Bruyne to give Carlo food for thought
Kevin De Bruyne is arguably one of the best players on the planet at the moment and he won’t lie down and let Liverpool take the title. Everton have had a great start to life under Ancelotti but a game against a De Bruyne inspired City may just add a bit of context to where Everton sit in the EPL pecking order.
De Bruyne Anytime Goal Scorer: +195 ($10 stake returns $29.5)
That concludes this our EPL picks for game week 21.
